Fragments

There are fragments of blogs written by fragments of me everywhere and I just found this one.
My  whole plan for some sort of consistent behavior in anything seems like a lofty one.
I am simply not inclined to follow straight paths and it seems I am a creature of the tangled woods
of my imagination.. so be it.. there are so many constraints that must be and therefore it seems that those I would impose upon my art and writing have been more of me thinking that somehow I could be thought of  as having my act together and well for me it truly is an act.
I have nothing together and yet the fragments themselves complete me.
I find myself in these little crumbs of words I have left in cyber space and sometimes
like today I attach something to them .
I like they are mysteries and that they simply meander but not without meaning.
They mean something at least to me... they are décor.. they are art they are this house that some might call a soul. They are a window looking inward and there are ever so many rooms in this house.

Be Still my bleeding heart..

If it is not apparent by now , than you don't know me as well as you might think you do..I am one of them,  to my conservative friends I am a bleeding heart, a Tree Hugger an anything  goes kind of girl .
I don't deny any of it.
I know what they are getting at and I am not offended . Yes I am a bleeding heart , its hard for me to believe that being sensitive is weak , the strongest people I know are not the ones that can carry their own weight , but those who dare take on the weight of the world as well.
It's hard to believe when you look at me , there are no horns on my head and though I speak softly beware the stick ..I am stronger than you know.
If we are all going to hell and us liberals are weaving the hand basket believe me we are knowingly doing it only our definition of hell is a lot different than yours..
In the land of the free and the home of the brave , we are both.
If free means you can marry the person of your choice ( I  did not say animal of your choice , you conservatives think that is so funny to say, as if allowing two adult men or women who are in love to marry is the same thing. It may in your mind lead to that ,but not in my mind.
Yes we believe in giving away things that we worked hard for to people who don't deserve them as they have not worked as hard as we have.. much like that man who sacrificed his life for a bunch of undeserving sinners . I am not saying we are him , I am just saying, I see contradiction.
Yes, we love the earth ..not just America ... I am not about to say we are right all the time and conservatives are wrong all the time...recently a beloved conservative family member said that he was willing to concede some validity to global warming but he would not concede to the idea that America was to blame.. are you freaking kidding me..is what I wanted to say. ..because in truth every liberal knows it is a global issue caused by not only Americans but the rest of the world at large... his fear was such that I thought he had some sort of   that even the thought was dangerous..my heart bled for him as it tends to do.. my heart that is in love with the man. it hurt that he could not bare truth if it meant destruction of an idea that he wanted to have. It made me stronger it made me want to find out if I was wrong do all of us tree huggers blame America only for global warming? I am going to find out because the truth might hurt but rather it did than a lie. I will get back..to this post after some research.
I will share it with my husband if he can bare it.

Note that China, India, Russia, Japan, Germany, and the UK are each a small fraction of the US … in total cumulative emissions. So it turns out.. that.. we do contribute but well there is contribution from all over look at the rest of Europe..as I was doing my research it became clear...the devil is in the details...and the details change according to how your source is bent politically. liberal americans are perfectly happy to take the blame , while conservative americans are inclinded to point fingers at best if you could even get them to concede to the science you would then have to get them to be willing to pour water on a fire that they don't believe they started.. as for me I just want to stop the fires as best I can no matter who started it..fire is just bad. I don't truly believe it matters who or what causes the issue or even as some conservatives will argue how big the problem actually is.. I would prefer the conservative were right that us do -gooders( another thing we are called that is really not an insult) were over reacting and it really is not as bad as we say..and now some of them are will to at least say " It" is real. But even then ..let's stop it before it is. 

It's the money right? the money?..it's always the money...and the money is always needed for defense that is the only good money spent . 

I assume every good American believes in supporting those who fight or have fought for our basic safety and freedoms.. 

However I look outside and I see a physical planet on which we must reside and in the end we pass from it. and what remains is the land..the climate . I hope  us bleeding hearts are all just hugging trees that mean nothing..swimming in Oceans and climbing Mountains that indestuctable. I never hoped more that I was wrong.
